Dirty Roads in Intercourse

So yea... I wanna live in Intercourse, I wanna shop at the Kum and Go... I wanna buy pot from Edward and be photographed from internal monologue spewing Bella. Also if Carlisle the vet can't save my pet (see I made rhyme), I want Emmett to taxidermy it. (Is that grammatically correct? O_o)

Seriously just go read it! Note for your computers sake, be ware of beverage intake while reading. Consider yourself warned, it's out of my hands!

With Or Without You

I actually have a story for you, you might not have heard of... they do still exist. Looking at the chapter vs review ratio I did not have high hopes for this story. Color me surprised and happy when it's actually a good story.
It moves really fast, which some may have a problem with, but to me it's still a good read.

Bella has no verbal/social filter, so you just now I identify with her. Edward is cool guy, the fedora is a thing we've never seen before. ;) The mystery surrounding him gets known pretty fast, you might even figure it out yourself. I did.

Edward is a sexy bartender with a secret that makes him run at the first sign of trouble. Bella has a sarcastically smart mouth that both infuriates and intrigues him. *2011 Summertime Avant Garde Award Winner for Best Realistic Lemon!*

Massages, and Catsup vs Ketchup.

I was looking for some physical therapist Ward, and I got this link on twitter. I finished the 45 chapters posted so far, yes it's 45 chapters and still a WIP.
He's not a physical therapist but he is a massage therapist, Bella gets a referral by papa Cullen, to his sons chiropractor Emmett and masseur Edward. You all know how it goes, he gives her a massage and that's it, uncontrollable, unexplainable attraction. She's a talent finder for a label, and Edward is a talented musician playing the Seattle open mic nights. It does take a while for something to happen between the two, but when it does it's oh so sweet. There is miscommunication, wrong things said and secrets. Both of their secrets are out now, so don't hesitate to read it for that.

Looking at the title of this post, the author spells her ketchup and catsup... I know it's a "word", but neither my auto correct or spell check tells me it is. So I like to give her friendly grief over that. ;) (Also does it not sound like cat puke?)

"I knew I was in trouble the minute I saw her naked back." Therapist by day, musician by night, Edward gets more than he bargained for when indie label scout Bella comes to his firm for treatment. One touch will unravel their secrets...but are they ready?

This fic has all sorts of drama all rolled into one, but not so much so that you can’t follow along. Bella is a troubled girl who comes to live with her father, whom she has next to know relationship to, and what she does have is far from healthy. She meets some great friends, kinda a first for her – but learns quickly that what goes down in this small town is a lot more messed up and serious than she ever could have imagined. I love the quirkiness to this fic, Bella is feisty and helluva fun to read. Edward is a brooding sex goddess, as usual…lol…but my favorite character in this fic has got to be Rose. So not the type of character we are used to seeing her as, which makes it a great read just for that alone. And of course, Emmett in this is all sorts of teddy bear-ish, and I just love him.

“I waited patiently by the front bench, watching the man before me in disgust as he devoured a foot long sub far too quickly. His rubbery, dark skin looked like it had seen far too much
artificial sun and his eyes were a little sunken back into his head. What surprised me was the long, thick black hair that was tied in a small knot at the base of his neck, shiny and in perfect condition.

"Excuse me, professor Aro?" I asked, trying not to focus on the clump of coleslaw sticking to the side of his mouth.

"Oh, pretty girl, Home economics is right down the hall."

"I'm sure it is. But, I'm definitely in the right class." He looked up at me with squinted eyes.

"We don't really need any dead weight holding us back, I'm sure if you talked to the principle, he could change your class around just like that." He snapped his fingers. "Wha'dya say,
sweetie? Home Ec? Poetry? Sewing?" If was expecting a whimper, he was disappointed.

"I'm Isabella Swan, Chief Swan's daughter. So how about this," I snapped, my anger flaring. I leant down across the table, slapping my hand down in front of him, "You cut out the sexist bull crap right this second, or I'll get you fired faster than you can comb back that delightful hair of yours. Wha'dya say?" His reaction, to be honest, was expected. He was a big guy, and obviously not used to getting talked down to, never mind by a girl. He stood up so fast that his chair flew back and smashed off of the wall. I didn't flinch.

"How dare you! Why, I'm gonna..." But he didn't get to finish his threat, because before he knew it a huge body was smothering my own, nudging me back into someone's hard chest. Two arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me back a little, cradling me in a wall of
spectacularly smelling boy.

"You're gonna what, sir? Start the lesson already? I know I'm excited to whack out that there Hegner jigsaw, aren't you Old English?"

"Oh, I'm pumped." Edward's chest vibrated behind me, I lay flat against him, not breathing. I turned my head and found myself in line with his chiselled jaw. I couldn't help but look up, where his eyes connected with mine, his skin millimetres from mine. I snapped my head to look forward to diffuse the awkward moment.

"Right." Mr Aro breathed, trying to peer around the smiling hulk that was Emmett and failing.

"Get in your groups. As you're both so helpful today, you can take the chick." Emmett's smile didn't falter; in fact, I'm pretty sure he winked at the obviously furious teacher before strutting across the classroom and passed the rest of the gawping assembly of teenage boys.

This one-shot was twilightheaded's entry for the Cherry Exchange and it was sweet and perfect and everything I like in a good story. The one-shot covers most of Bella and Edward's high school years, from first meeting to first time. It's heartbreaking and heartwarming...go read!

Falling in the Dark 

Edward saves an innocent girl from imminent death, but what he finds in the dark will change things forever. 

This author sure loves her twists, There Will Be Blood had me shocked and smirking half way through. Don't be fooled by the summary, Bella is not the damsel in distress in this one-shot!

School has been crazy for me this week, but I managed to find two new fics that I've really enjoyed!

 Gah....this story. It is unlike any wolfpack fic I have read and man did it drain me emotionally. Bella and Sam are so totally heartbroken. Bella has been abandoned by Edward and Sam is stuck bound to a woman he does not love, a woman he is forced to love through imprinting. They both want to be together but there are many obstacles in the way. Hurt is almost complete and the author posts a new chapter every day!

Whatever Works by Soft Ragoo

When Bella accepts a home-care provider position, she has no idea that the impossible son, Edward, will have such an impact on her. Will she find herself completely wrapped up in his complicated world, or will she learn to hate him?

Pairing: Edward/Bella

Status: Complete

Genre: Actorward

This fic put me through a roller coaster as well. Bella is hired to help Esme get back on her feet. Edward is the aloof son who comes and goes. Bella doesn't know what to make of her employer, but soon enough she can't get enough of him. Too bad he has a few skeletons in his closet that he doesn't seem eager to share. At times, you'll be really freaking pissed at Edward....at Esme too. But don't worry, this story is a HEA...eventually :)

By the way, did anyone else check out Masen Days that Lea pushed in her last post? *dies* You must read, it reminds me one of my favorite fics, Boy in the Red Sweater. Added bonus: Masen Days has Skaterward!

This is a nice quick drabble read. Cute, quirky, funny as heck at times, and just getting to the good stuff. Bella is a hilariously horny girl who spends all of her time with her two best friends, the preacher’s daughter and a fresh out of the closet Jacob. Love it!

That trio alone is rather epic. When she’s not with her friends, she spends her time getting to know her womanhood, and fantasizing about who could be there with her :-P Bella has had thigh-clenching thoughts of Edward Cullen for as long as she can remember and is just learning now that he might not be everything she has pegged him to be....

"Your one of a kind Bella. I should be the one thanking you. What your doing, really is something special Bella."He takes a bite of the cookie and gives a moan that has me rethinking this entire situation. Great, and now my panties are ruined. What is it with these Cullen men? Bad Bella."Jesus mother Mary of God." Dr. Sexisle moans out. I think I just gave Carlisle a foodgasm. Score!

And, as far as I know, ‘It’s Always the Quiet Ones’ delivers to you the birth of Sexisle- Sigh, groan,swoon~~ Oh how that name suits that boi. The chapters are about 700 words each and update rather frequently. This hidden gem sits at chapter 31with but a mere 300 reviews. I had never read a Bodyguardward story before but Guarding Isabella has got me on the lookout for more! What I liked most about this fanfic was that it didn't drag like some stories do. Bella has a troubled past but slowly opens up as she gets closer to her new bodyguard, Edward. There are a few surprises along the way, so if you're looking for a fic that keeps you on your toes, read Guarding Isabella (You'll fall in love with Bodyguardward just like I did).

A little word of warning: there is a love triangle between Bella, Edward, and Jacob...but don't worry, Bella makes her choice clear pretty quickly. I'm not one to read stories with tortured love triangles, although I did read Twilight...lol.

A Multitude of Sins by lvtwilight09

 New parish priest & school principal Edward Cullen finds himself tempted by the person he least expects. Will he be able to keep his vows or will he find himself lost in a multitude of sins?

This interesting and quirky fic is a quick read and has straight to the point chapters- which seems to be the new in-thing on FF. Lvtwilight09 updates every day, it seems. Which is always a good thing for us ever-needy readers. She is currently not using a beta because she updates so frequently.However, this does not cause it to be a horrible to read either.

This Bella is just finally coming into her own at the late chapter of 34, but now that she is, I see so much potential for the remainder of this fic. Edward, as well, is struggling to figure out just where his loyalties and heart lies. It is an interesting read, one that I have yet to experience on FF which is a serious rarity.Join myself and the many other people already reading ‘A Multitude of Sins’ and see what it is all about. Share along with Nunella and Priestward as, after a lifetime of devoting theirselves and loving nothing more than their church and their God, they realize that love is an ever-powerful thing, powerful enough to make them question their beliefs and everything they thought they were always certain of.

I'm basking in all the good wolfpack fics that are being written right now and Harmonic Convergence has got to be one of my favorites. I'm a sucker for a good Paul/Bella story...you can probably tell from previous posts! This one has a nice twist to it and if you haven't checked it out already, be sure to give it a try! It's well written and updates regularly :)

This story updates every Friday and I swear I am refreshing my inbox for that new chapter. High school fics usually aren't my thing, but damn, the title really rings true: this story is a slow burn. If you like your Edward a little possessive, a little badass and a lot angry, The Slowest Burn is for you. I really can't get enough of it! Go read... *pushes you to the link*

I have a hard time finding a good femslash fic, but Mechanical Difficulties does not disappoint. The author wrote this little guy (or girl, lol) for the FML contest, but she continued it and I am so glad she did! Rosalie and Bella go to the same university and have a bit of a rocky end to their first date:

"Holy shit," I laughed, and Bella looked over at me inquisitively. I pointed. "Look at that piece of junk!" Her gaze followed my finger, and for the second time in two days, she stiffened. I kept walking until I realized she hadn't kept up with me.

"What?"

"That's my car," she said, her tone business-like, and my heart fell. The look on her face was one of pain and anger. "My dad bought it for me, it's one of the only things-" She stopped talking, because her throat was choked with tears. FUCK!

This was one of the first Twilight fanfics I read and I must admit, I got a little excited when I found it again. The summary really says it all; Bella is sick, she meets Edward in the hospital and first love blooms. It's a very sweet story, it's complete and has under 200 reviews. Go leave this author some love for a great story!

Ex-Senator Edward Cullen has denied himself the pleasure of living the BDSM lifestyle for years now. Shortly after deciding to seek a new sub, he meets artist Isabella Swan in the most unexpected place - her high school graduation!

For all those out there missing CaraNo's Takeward, this will fill that void. A Taste of Honey is well written, nine chapters in and already heating up. I'm a real sucker for Olderward fics, and this one has got me itching for an update!

So much funny.

Have a little ditty here for you, I usually don't push something this early into a story, it only has 6 chapters. But the latest chapter just showed up in my inbox, and I have to share.

SAP has a funnier than, what ever is really funny, Bella. And Edward, dude, he's such a clumsy, awkward hottie in this... it's just so much love. The rest of the cast is all there, weird and eccentric like you know you love them to be. Give it a read... only 6 chapters so far, you know you're gonna put it on alert. ;)

After a fight in school lands Bella in a summer camp for "Youths with Emotional and Mental Instabilities," she is forced to face her demons while trying not to fall in love with the beautiful, but clumsy, mentor Edward. Hilarity ensues. AU/AH

Carefree Edward anyone?

I stumbled upon the banner to this story on tumblr, ok not really I follow the banner maker, but you get what I mean.

I liked the summary to the story and decided might be a good read a boring weekend. Well it's a boring weekend and after an hour I'm already half way through the 29 chapters. It's kinda bumming me out how short the chapters are, mostly musings length, but it makes sense it updates every other day, so it's totally ok. It's cute and I really like this Eddie.

I you like me find yourself a bit bored and want some giggles, check it out!

Edward leases out his late aunt's house for extra cash. "Property Management for Dummies" should've prepared him for this. AH, ExB will update every other day.

Happy Hump Day everyone! I've got yet another wolfpack push for you guys (I know, I know...I'll get some more variety soon!) and this one has quickly become one of my favorites. It's a Sam/Bella, another one of those New Moon AU stories that I enjoy so much. After Edward leaves, Bella is lost in the woods when Victoria finds her. Luckily, Sam comes to the rescue but not without sustaining some serious injuries. Unable to phase back into a wolf, Sam is bleeding on the forest floor and Bella has to save him....

It turns out that Bella and Sam have gone through the same heartbreak of being abandoned by a loved one. While Bella is struggling and finding solace in partying, Sam, Paul and Jared are left to defend the town from Victoria. Bella finds comfort in Sam because he understands what she's going through, it bonds them together in a way.

There are 12 chapters right now and I always get excited when I see an update in my inbox. This story is well written and the author updates regularly! *cheers* Go now, wolf lovers....read and enjoy!

If the world is going to end I really want this Bella on my side tho, she's badass.
